The CSQ College Scholarship

Carolina Spirit Quest is offering a $500.00 Pagan College Scholarship for a rising high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate. All applicants must live in NC, SC, VA or the District of Columbia. Applicants must be 17 years of age or older, have a current GPA of 2.8 or higher, be Pagan, and currently accepted in a full time course of study in any accredited four-year college or university. Applicants must provide their most recent school transcript to establish state of residency, and GPA requirements, and any other scholarships or grants they expect to receive. In addition they must also state the reason for applying for this scholarship in 100 words or less and submit a 500 word essay about what being a Pagan means to them.

The other expected grants and scholarships, 500 word essay about what being a Pagan means to you, and reason for applying for this scholarship can be emailed to: pagancollegescholarship@carolinaspiritquest.org.

Deadline for receiving complete applications is March 22nd. The recipient of this award will be informed by email no later than April 13th. In addition to receiving the $500.00 scholarship, the recipient will receive one free attendance at any future CSQ event.

In accordance with IRS guidelines, the payment will be made jointly to the student and educational institution.

We awarded our first scholarship to a Pagan young woman from Virginia for the 2002 – 2003 academic year. The most recent recipiant is currently attending Virginia Tech. Will you or a student you know be our next recipient?
